Favorite snack for me is fruit, all kinds of bars, yoghurts and curds.Bars safely replaced me candy.

An average Apple is about 75 Calories. Banana – 105 Kcal. Orange – 65 Calories.

But of course, the process is much slower. In a month I lose 2,5-3 kg. But I don't feel in any way slighted. I can eat a couple of pieces of chocolate with your morning coffee or s'mores. Can even eat a cake with a friend at the coffee shop or buy yourself an ice cream. While continuing to lose weight, fit in a new adequate intake of calories!
Critical days back. Came back three weeks later than it should have. By the time I ate only 1300 calories. So it is unlikely that the failure of the cycle was due to diet. But whatever it happened, it gave me a good pendal and forced to move in the right direction.
