I fall asleep and wake up with one thought - LOSE! Weight gained for pregnancy and childbirth. With a height of 162 cm, weighed 60 kg. After childbirth - 77 kg !!! Darkness, things do not climb, in the mirror a shapeless and tortured aunt looks at me. Constant anger at myself, at loved ones, depression ... I was not ready to live like that and began to search and try ways to lose weight.
To date, I weigh 66 kg, plus or minus 500 grams, depending on what I ate yesterday. I threw off 11 kg per year. That system minus 60, then proper nutrition, then calorie counting, buckwheat diet, various fasting days. In short, I tried a lot of things. In this case, there were constant breakdowns, then threw off to 66 kg, then again gained up to 71.
But spring is coming! It is necessary to lose weight up to 60 kg. Ideally, of course I have 58kg)))
I read about the carrot diet, it seems not bad. So we’ll try) I won’t even write about the benefits of carrots. From childhood, parents and grandmothers invested this in our heads. And for growth, and for vision, and much more for what. Super vegetable!)
The essence of the diet: during the day, eat only carrot salad and drink water, tea / coffee without sugar. The diet is designed for 3 days, no more! 4th day - exit from the diet, 2 boiled or baked potatoes can be added to carrot salad. They say they really lose 3 kg, let's see ...
I make carrot salad all day at once:
You can add 1 spoonful of honey, but the salad is already sweet.
The first day! Weight - 66.3 kg.
In the morning I drank coffee with 1 tablespoon of sugar and milk. This is a necessity for me and I will never deny myself this. I also ate 2 spoons for the baby omelette. I repent, it’s my fault (((I ate persimmons even in the evening (((Not because I’m hungry, but because I want everything) (I ate carrot salad 4 times. I don’t like tea, so I just drank water. There wasn’t any hunger surprise. I went to bed at 12 am, in principle, pleased with myself)
Second day! Weight - 65.4 kg. Minus 900g per day is not bad.
Again, carrots, how delicious it is!) Today, added another half pomegranate grain to the salad. Mmm, very tasty. In the morning, coffee with sugar, an hour later salad. One thing is bad - the daughter takes away! She also likes salad, but I don’t have much (on a diet it always seems like little food))) But I’m a mother, sharing her teeth with a grin. The day went well. I didn’t break loose, although my husband brought the brisket home! I have tears, reproaches, scandal. My husband is a bastard, and I am a poor, unhappy woman. I ate carrots 4 times a day, did not break. Waiting for tomorrow morning.
Day Three! Weight - 64.7 kg . Less 700gr - happy) and I love my husband)
Oh, I wanted to lie to you and write that again all day carrots ... But this is an experiment, therefore, only the truth. In the morning 50g of brisket and coffee. At lunchtime, a spoonful of carrot salad yesterday, tasteless, immediately all desire interrupted. It was necessary to make a fresh one (And I ate half a banana with a glass of yogurt! And then another half of a banana that my daughter did not eat. And I decided to finish off the day with a banana diet. I ate 2.5 bananas and 400 ml of kefir per day. I’m waiting for the morning, basically calories minimum, I hope at least 300g will go away.
Day four! Weight - 64.7 kg. Not a gram left (((
Today is the way out of the diet, you can eat a couple of boiled potatoes. But I was offended and sitting on milkweed!
Total !!! For 2 full days of carrot diet MINUS 1600. In my opinion, not bad. Of course, you can lose this weight on milk milk, but monotony bothers me. Therefore, I am looking for all new diets. 2 days went well, there was no feeling of hunger. On the third day, the carrots were already tired. I will still sit on a carrot diet, but 2 days at most.
By the way, I drink tea for weight loss as a laxative. But I haven’t gotten into the toilet these days. Probably nothing.
