I adore snow-white teeth and a beautiful, healthy smile! In order for my teeth to be beautiful - I sawed off my fangs, increased them giving them the desired shape, bleached my teeth with acids, pastes, soda .....
Therefore, after reading here that teeth can be whitened using ordinary, cheap coal, I, of course, grabbed onto this idea, like drowning in a straw.
I stopped whitening my teeth with acid for a long time, as I was faced with thinning of the teeth, enamel sensitivity, and a problem with fillings (again, due to thinning of the teeth themselves).
The effect was amazing! But the result was worth a lot of money, nerves and a lot of discomfort.
And my longing knew no bounds.
Toothpastes of the mass market are poorly whitened, practically do not solve the problems of plaque and, especially, tartar. After these pastes and toothbrushes, I did not feel the pleasant, familiar smoothness of my teeth, I did not see any effective whitening.
I tried to bleach teeth with charcoal 3 times - every day once.
The second time I just cleaned it with charcoal, after I cleaned it with paste.
The third time I cleaned it in the afternoon just with charcoal, without pastes and all that.
Effect. Well, there’s something a little, of course. It seems that the teeth have become a little lighter, just a little. But again, after coal, the lips and gums themselves become lighter. Therefore, it is difficult to say how adequate this opinion is.
The most disgusting thing for me was that I did not immediately notice, but the coal is clogged between the teeth and under the gums and then it is extremely difficult to get it out of there. When my friend noticed such beauty, I was extremely happy. Good thing not my man or colleagues at work. The black dots between the teeth looked very aesthetically pleasing. It’s like I’m a "boy from a district man" who ate more than one rye semak, spitting out the shell between his teeth.
It seems to me that it’s better to buy Korean-made nano-carbon toothbrushes, which I wrote about, and get a really effective result in terms of whitening and healthy gums!
Is it worth a try? Yes. It certainly won’t get any worse.
Should the effect be expected? If we get lucky.
